Why We Tested the Process Ourselves
Guarantees only mean something if the refund process is actually straightforward, so we walked through it firsthand.
Reaching Out After 30 Days
We waited the required 30 days of use, then contacted customer support with our order number and a brief note.
What Support Asked For
Support confirmed our order details and walked us through the current return/refund steps listed on the official return policy page.
Timeline
Refund processing timelines can vary and are set by the official HoneyBalance store — always check the current terms at checkout.
Our Overall Impression
The process was no more complicated than a typical online retailer's return process, once the 30-day minimum use period had passed.
